MANAGE THE HEATING
OF YOUR HOUSE EFFECTIVELY

Choose your desired temperature for each room of the house. You will be able to select different temperatures in the living room and the bedroom, if you wish to do so. We install one thermostat in the living room and one in each bedroom.

WARMTH & WELLBEING

Walk barefoot on the wooden floors thanks to underfloor heating, regardless of how cold it is outside. Oak floors throughout the house (apart from the bathrooms), while wellbeing is ensured by the underfloor heating. Plus, the absence of heating devices saves space in the house.

BIG OPENINGS

Enjoy the outside view from the comfort of your home. All residences have big openings for plenty of natural lighting and ventilation. Low-e windows minimize heat loss in the winter and solar heat gains in the summer.
